Service terms
Website and service information.
Effective August 31, 2026
These terms explain how TransCold website requests and preliminary service information are handled. The specific official quote and accepted service agreement for each job will contain the final commercial terms.
Quote requests and reservations
Submitting the website form creates a request for review only. It is not a reservation, contract, final price, or guarantee of equipment. A service is scheduled only after TransCold confirms the scope and availability in writing, sends an official quote, receives electronic acceptance and any required payment, and completes its final operations review.
Representative equipment information
Website photographs, generated visuals, model examples, capacities, temperature ranges, airflow ratings, and power requirements are representative planning information. TransCold may source equipment after a request is received. The actual manufacturer, model, configuration, quantity, condition, availability, procurement timing, and operating range will be identified or confirmed in the official quote or service agreement.
Site, access, and utilities
The customer must provide accurate site information, safe and lawful access, adequate placement space, and the electrical power, water, drainage, ventilation, permits, or other utilities stated in the official quote. Additional labor, equipment, mileage, electrical work, ducting, generators, site corrections, waiting time, or after-hours service may require an updated quote.
Cooling performance
Cooling and freezing results depend on heat load, product temperature, door openings, weather, insulation, ventilation, power quality, installation, and other site conditions. No room temperature, pull-down time, product temperature, event coverage, or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed unless it is specifically stated in a signed written agreement.
Portable AC and event cooling
Portable air conditioning is temporary cooling support and does not include diagnosis, repair, replacement, or permanent design of a building HVAC system unless specifically stated in writing. Fans, air circulators, and evaporative or misting equipment do not replace an event organizer’s heat-safety, hydration, weather, medical, or evacuation plan.
Emergency and rapid-response requests
Emergency requests receive priority review, but the website does not promise 24/7 staffing, a specific response or arrival time, same-day service, equipment availability, or a particular temperature result. Call (786) 818-3946 after submitting an urgent request. Same-day or next-day service is available only when TransCold confirms supplier inventory, site conditions, payment, and dispatch.
Changes, cancellation, damage, and fees
The official quote or service agreement controls pricing, deposits, taxes, cancellation, rescheduling, damage, cleaning, loss, extensions, fuel, utilities, delivery, pickup, and additional charges. If website information conflicts with an official signed document, the signed document controls.
