Information you provide
A quote request may include your name, business, email, phone number, preferred contact method, service and delivery address, requested dates, site type, service requirements, temperature or power information, project details, and other information you choose to provide. If you accept an official quote, TransCold also keeps the acceptance record, signer information, signature, timestamp, and technical information used to document acceptance.
How the information is used
TransCold uses this information to evaluate the request, contact you, verify availability and site requirements, prepare and send an official quote, coordinate equipment and delivery, operate the requested service, manage acceptance and reservations, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Address matching and current location
Address suggestions and verification use the Photon service with OpenStreetMap-based location data. Typed address text is sent for matching. If you select current location and grant browser permission, coordinates are sent for reverse geocoding into a complete service address. Browser permission is optional.
Optional website analytics
Only after you accept the analytics notice, TransCold may collect an IP address, browser and device details, language, screen and viewport dimensions, time zone, referring page, landing page, connectivity indicators, and similar technical information. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from requesting a quote.
Service providers and access
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, Base44 application services, address matching, email delivery, and business operations. Customer, pricing, staff, dispatch, and analytics records in the operations console are restricted to administrator accounts. TransCold does not publish customer pricing.
Retention and security
Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and perform requests, maintain operational and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. TransCold uses access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics, withhold browser location permission, or type and verify an address manually. You may contact TransCold to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to operational, contractual, security, and recordkeeping needs.
Change analytics choice
Use this control to clear the saved browser choice and display the analytics notice again. It changes future collection on this browser; it does not automatically delete an existing business or analytics record.
